We deliver orders all over Singapore and all over the World!
Those in Singapore, you may also arrange for Self-Collection.
PROCESSING TIME:
Orders submitted will be processed on the NEXT Business Day. We usually take around 1 to 3 business days to process an Order. Orders made on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on Mondays & Tuesdays, depending on the volume.

1. BY MAIL
For Local Orders, we can send the items to you via Singapore Post at a Minimal Charge for postage & handling. Orders will be mailed out AFTER payment is received. Payment Options available for Postal Deliveries are Credit Card, Internet Bank Transfer, or Cheques. The cash payment option is not applicable to Postal Deliveries.

Overseas Shipping Charge is shown on the Online Shopping Cart as you check out. International orders will take from 6 days to 3 weeks for postage time by usual Airmail or Air Parcel depending on country.
Shipping Charges will depend on the weight and size of your package. All International Orders have to be sent via the Singapore Post Offices as all packages going out of Singapore sent via Registered Post . An additional S$2.25 for the Registered Mail Service is thus to be added to rates tabled below. All our products have been weighed and your total order will be automatically charged by our online postage calculator according to your country.

Do note to give us the Correct Address when placing your order to reduce the chances of returned or non-delivered packages. Should there be cases of packages returned as non-delivered by the Postal Service, the Postal Fees incurred are non-refundable. If the package is to be sent out again, additional postal fees will be chargeable.
Available to ANY Local Singapore Address, be it your home, office or Grandmother's place. We do not deliver to a post office box. These packages will be sent via a Local Courier Service, charges being:

Courier will deliver within 1-2 working days upon pick-up of package from The Birth Shop.

Deliveries generally effected within 1-3 working days from received payment.

All hand deliveries are arrangeable during weekday hours up to 9pm only.

No deliveries will be sent out on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Couriers will not wait around for customers to have private fitting sessions.

Additional delivery trips are chargeable at S$6 per trip.

Payments can be made by credit card or internet bank transfers ahead of time.
- Couriers do not collect any forms of cash or cheque payments.
3. SELF-COLLECTION
You may collect your order from our Showroom strictly by appointments only

Orders for self-collection will be held on reserve for 7 days only, unless otherwise arranged for.
